The Aflao Traditional Council has expressed gratitude to President John Dramani Mahama for his swift and compassionate response to the plight of some Ketu South residents affected by recent devastating tidal waves.
The President, immediately after delivering his Independence Day Anniversary speech in Accra on Thursday, traveled to Agavedzi, one of the coastal communities in Ketu South hardest hit by the recurring menace, to inspect the damage and present some items to alleviate the suffering of the victims.
