Parliament has approved the nomination of Lydia Lamisi Akanvariba as the Minister of State for Public Sector Reforms and 13 deputy ministerial nominees after their vetting by the Appointments Committee.

The deputy ministers approved include: -Justice Srem-Sai-Deputy Minister for the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General -Ernest Brogya Gyenfi, Deputy Minister for the Defence Ministry -Thomas Nyarko Ampem, Deputy Minister Designate for Finance. -Alhassan Suhuyini, Deputy Minister for Roads and Highways -John Dumelo, Deputy Minister of Food and Agriculture -Dr Clement Apaak, Deputy Minister, Education -Sampson Ahi- Deputy Minister, Trade, Agribusiness and Industry - Ebenezer Okletey Terlabi, Deputy Minister for the Interior -Richard Gyan-Mensah, Deputy Minister for Energy and Green Transition Their approval follows the adoption of the  twelfth and thirteenth  reports of the Appointments Committee.
