An unidentified student at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), has criticised school authorities for what the person described as an attempt to instil fear among students.
This comes after students were prevented from entering lecture halls on Wednesday, July 2, following a sudden and strict enforcement of the university's dress code policy, a move that sparked strong reactions from those affected.
Speaking on Eyewitness News on Accra-based Citi FM, the student voiced frustration over what the person saw as inconsistent enforcement and poor communication.
According to the student, the directive seemed selectively applied and ill-timed, leaving many students confused and inconvenienced. "A message was sent to us, I think, a week ago about the dress code.
