Sarah Mary Olufemi Adetola has been named as the person behind the feeding of athletes who participated in the 13th All African Games that took place in Accra in early 2024. In total, $15 million is reported to have been spent in less than 3 weeks on the athletes. Sarah Adetola, the caterer in charge of this contract, is also the wife of Executive Secretary to the President of Ghana, Nana Bediatuo Asante. The Nigerian second wife of Bediatuo Asante, according to a post by Ghana Crimes Ltd on X, is also at the center of a government contract at the Terminal 3 of the Kotoka International Airport "During the All-African Games, a total of $15 million was spent on food in less than 3 weeks. The catering contract was awarded to a company owned by Sarah Mary Olufemi Adetola, who is the wife of Asante Bediatuo.
