Speaking at the 68th Independence Day celebration held at the Jubilee House, the President emphasised the urgent need for actionable strategies to address the nation's economic challenges.
In his address, President Mahama acknowledged the ongoing discourse surrounding Ghana's dependence on imports, donor aid, and International Monetary Fund (IMF) bailouts.
While these discussions have become a recurring theme in national conversations, he warned against the dangers of allowing them to devolve into mere clichés without tangible solutions.
