The senior national women's team clinched the bronze medal after a dramatic penalty shootout victory over South Africa, earning Ghana a spot on the podium and reigniting national pride.
In an official statement, Dr.
Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, a board member of Hearts of Oak and former President of the Ghana Football Association, commended the Queens on behalf of the club's board.
