Former Minister of Finance, Dr.
Mohammed Amin Adam, has challenged President John Dramani Mahama's characterisation of Ghana's economy, stating that the president has a "different understanding" of what constitutes a strong economy.
Dr.
Adam's remarks came during the minority caucus's presentation of what they termed the "true" State of the Nation Address, in response to President Mahama's address delivered on February 28.
