The family of a former Deputy Chairman of the Electoral Commission, Alhaji Amadu Sulley has announced his sudden passing.
He died in the afternoon of March 1.
Burial rites took place immediately in accordance with Islamic tradition.
According to the family head, the late Alhaji Sulley will be buried tomorrow, Sunday, March 2nd, 2025, at the Madina Muslim Cemetery at 10:00am. "Muslim brothers and sisters, friends, and loved ones are cordially invited to take part in his burial processes at his residence and the Madina Muslim Cemetery," a statement cited by 3news on March 1 indicated. "Fortunately, Alhaji Amadu Sulley passed away with fasting (1st day of Ramadan).To Allah be the glory May Allah forgive him and grant all our departed souls jannat firdaus,"the statement.
