A violent incident has left four people dead and six others injured in the Nanik and Nganme Gberuk communities of the Bunkpurugu-Yunyoo district in the North East Region.
The tragedy is believed to be linked to an ongoing chieftaincy dispute.
On Friday morning, assailants stormed the affected communities, burning down multiple houses and causing significant destruction.
One of the deceased was a Mamprusi man who taught in Nanik.
