The Korea Foundation for International Health (KOFIH) has made a significant contribution to Ghana's healthcare system by handing over a model health center to the Volta Regional Health Directorate.

The new biomedical training centre has been established to serve the community by providing in-service training for engineers in the health sector.

The facility will also function as a workshop space, equipping professionals with the necessary skills to maintain and improve medical equipment.

This facility, located in the Abutia community of the Ho West District, is expected to serve 16 other communities in its catchment area.
