The Special Prosecutor's Office has indicated that Ken Ofori Atta has provided them with a specific date for his return.
This is a shift from his former decision to stay indefinitely out of the jurisdiction to seek medical attention.
Ken Ofori-Atta was previously put on the OSP's list of wanted people for not availing himself for an investigation.
The OSP, as a result, has scheduled a day for him to appear before the office.
