The Chairman of the Constitutional and Legal Committee of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Frank Davies, has strongly criticized the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) over its handling of a recent case.
Speaking on Joy News' Newsfile monitored by MyNewsGh, Davies described the explanations given by the OSP as contradictory and inconsistent, questioning the logic behind their approach.
He expressed disbelief at the manner in which the case was being defended, stating, "How can what he has said be a defense of what happened?
If this is how he communicates, then, with all due respect, he is casting a very poor picture of the office." Davies argued that the OSP's position was riddled with inconsistencies, making it difficult to grasp a clear and logical point.
