Felix Gyamfi, the Acting Director-General of the Ghana National Service Authority (NSA), has unveiled his vision to establish a robust system that will ensure the institution's sustainability and efficiency.
Gyamfi's legacy will be defined by three key pillars: stringent auditing systems, standardised operating procedures, and an unshakable payroll system. "… By the time I leave, I want to be remembered for setting up a very stringent auditing system, standard operating procedures, and then instituting a robust payroll system.
That's if you were to come ten years later, 20 years later, you will dare not touch it," Gyamfi said on Thursday during a press conference in Accra.
He emphasised the importance of a well-structured payroll and auditing system, which he believed would ensure efficiency, transparency, and sustainability.
