Christian Saka Ahianyevi, 35, and Newtown Allotey, 26, have been identified as the main suspects in the deadly clashes that disrupted this year's Homowo Festival at Omanjor in Accra.
The two men - a security guard and a dispatch rider - were arraigned before the Adabraka District Court and charged with conspiracy to commit crime, rioting with weapons, and murder.
They are alleged to have acted with 30 others who remain at large.
