A heart-breaking incident has shaken the Krofrom community in Kumasi, as a 27-year-old Mobile Money (MoMo) vendor, Patricia Nimako, was tragically shot and killed by armed robbers.
According to eyewitnesses, two men on a motorbike approached her under the guise of withdrawing money.
However, as she attempted to assist them, one of the men got off the bike, pulled out a gun, and demanded that she hand over all the cash in her possession.
Patricia, in an attempt to resist the robbers, struggled with them, prompting the gunman to shoot her twice before fleeing with mobile phones and GH¢10,000 in cash.
