Joseph Badu Boateng, widely known as Dada Joe Remix, has been extradited to the United States to face criminal charges in connection with a multi-million dollar fraud case. His extradition was confirmed in an official statement posted by the U.S.
Embassy in Ghana, which indicated that special agents from the Diplomatic Security Service collaborated with Ghanaian authorities to support the FBI in carrying out the operation.Boateng is accused of orchestrating a sophisticated fraud network that exploited romance and inheritance scams to deceive U.S.
victims out of millions of dollars.
He was previously indicted in the United States and has now been flown into the country where he will face legal proceedings.
