The Majority Leader Mahama Ayariga has apologised to former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta following the raid of his private residence by men in military uniform on Monday, February 11.

He assured that the necessary steps have been taken to ensure such happenings do not recur.

Making a statement in Parliament on Thursday, February 13, he said "Yesterday, the deputy minority whip sort leaf of the speaker and the indulgence of the House to raise the matter that he thought was of urgent public importance.
