In recent years, the conversation around money and the work of God, especially when it comes to gospel musicians, church singers, and instrumentalists, has sparked passionate debates across the Christian community.

Many have questioned whether those who serve in music ministry should demand payment or see it purely as service unto God.   Joining this ongoing discussion is Ghanaian gospel artist Kofi Owusu Peprah, who is calling on fellow gospel musicians to reconsider their approach to financial compensation in ministry.Speaking on Joy Prime's Changes show, the gospel music star emphasized that ministry should not be driven by profit.

Using scripture as his foundation, he referenced the sacrifice of Jesus Christ to drive home his point. "We have not been called to make money out of it.

My plea is that as Christians, we shouldn't be so rigid and hard-fisted on how people should get you.
