Edward Ekow Obeng-Kenzo has been appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Volta River Authority (VRA), following the departure of Emmanuel Antwi Darkwa.
His appointment, made under government directive, comes as the VRA board is yet to be reconstituted.
Until a formal decision is made by the new board, Obeng-Kenzo will lead the organization in an acting capacity.
A formal handover ceremony took place on Wednesday, February 5, where Antwi Darkwa officially transferred leadership to Obeng-Kenzo.
