A District Court "B" in Sunyani has placed travel restrictions on former Employment and Labour Relations Minister Ignatius Baffour-Awuah as part of his bail conditions.
The former Sunyani West MP, who owns and finances Nsoatreman FC, is barred from leaving the Sunyani Municipality without judicial approval.
The court presided over by Eric Daning, issued the directive when Baffour-Awuah, 58, appeared alongside two other suspects, Agyemang Duah Owusu, his bodyguard, and Joseph Kyeremeh, on Tuesday.
They are facing charges over the fatal attack that led to the death of Francis Frimpong, a devoted Kumasi Asante Kotoko FC supporter, during a violent clash on Sunday, February 2, 2025.
