The President John Dramani Mahama has appointed Dr.
Doli-Wura Awushi Abdul-Malik Seidu Zakaria as the new Managing Director of the National Investment Bank (NIB).
His appointment takes effect from January 27, 2025, as stated in an official letter signed by Callistus Mahama, Ph.D., Secretary to the President.
The letter, addressed to the Minister of Finance, directs the necessary steps to be taken to regularize the appointment in accordance with the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 929) and the constitution of the bank.
