Former Defence Minister, Dominic Nitiwul has served notice to present the list and owners of state lands that were sold between 2010 and 2016, to the Operation Recover All Loots (ORAL) team when ORAL is properly concocted in accordance with the law.
During this period, it was the National Democratic Congress (NDC) administration that was in power.
Nitiwul challenged the ORAL team chaired by North Tongu lawmaker Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa who is also Minister designated for Foreign Affairs, to find out the owners of the state lands at Borteyman in Accra.
He also wants the ORAL team to find out the owners of the Aviation, Lands at Adenta, the lands behind the Military cemetery and also those around the Residency in Tamale.
