The Sunyani District Court, presided over by His Worship Moses Daning, made significant rulings in a case involving three individuals in the killing of the Asante Kotoko football club supporter, Francis Frimpong alias Pooley.

Ignatius Baffour Awuah and another accused person have been granted bail, while a third individual has been remanded into custody.

In a hearing held earlier today, the Sunyani District Court granted bail to Ignatius Baffour Awuah, Chief Executive Officer of Nsoatreman Football Club and 32 year old Joseph Kyeremeh alias Santos, each set at 500,000 Ghana Cedis with two sureties, one of each to be justified.

They were charged with abettment to commit crimes, to wit murder contrary to section 20(1) and 46 of the criminal offencs ACT of 1969 ACT 29.
