Students and residents of Apra in the Gomoa Central District now have access to clean water following the commissioning of a borehole at Apra SDA Basic School.
For years, the lack of a reliable water source forced students and community members to travel long distances to fetch water, affecting school attendance and daily activities.
The new borehole is expected to ease this burden, improve sanitation, and enhance overall living conditions.
The project, supported by LG Electronics, forms part of broader efforts to provide essential infrastructure to underserved communities.
