Foreign Affairs Minister-designate, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has said that Operation Recover All Loots (ORAL) will soon hand over all the information it has gathered to President John Dramabni Mahana and the Attorney-General Dr Dominic Ayine.
He says the Attorney-General will then determine the prosecution if he finds a basis to do so.
The ORAL team which Mr Ablakwa chairs, was formed by President John Dramani Mahama as part of his efforts to recover all looted state assets.
This was a promise Mr Mahama made ahead of the 2024 general elections.
