Marketing and political communication expert, Professor Kobby Mensah, has reportedly been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Tourism Development Company (GTDC).

While the appointment is yet to be officially confirmed by the presidency, media personality Abeiku Santana shared the news on social media, applauding the professor's vast expertise in tourism marketing and branding. "Huge congratulations to my Professor Kobby Mensah.

I have no doubt that your wealth of rich experience in tourism marketing, strategic branding, and investment promotion makes you the right leader to steer GTDC towards a greater future," Abeiku Santana stated.

Professor Mensah, an Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), is recognized for his contributions to political marketing, corporate communications, and tourism strategy.
