he Director-General of the Ghana Maritime Authority, Thomas Kofi Alonsi, has been relieved of his position.

With over 16 years of experience in the field, Alonsi was appointed to the role in March 2019.

Prior to his term of office, he practised law at Sory@Law in Accra, Ghana, and worked briefly as a research officer with the National Commission for Civic Education.

Alonsi holds a Dip.
