The National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Western North Region has ended a rigorous vetting process for the selection of Municipal and District Chief Executives (MDCEs).
A nine-member vetting committee was constituted in line with the guidelines issued by the party's General Secretary to assess 68 applicants from the region's nine constituencies.
The vetting process was conducted with transparency and fairness to ensure that the party selects competent and capable individuals to lead municipal and district administrations across the region.
The vetting, which spanned two days, identified the top three successful candidates from each constituency.
