President John Dramani Mahama has announced the nomination of George Opare Addo as the Minister for Youth Development and Empowerment.
The announcement was part of the second batch of ministerial appointments submitted to Parliament on Thursday, January 16, 2025.
George Opare Addo, affectionately called "Pablo," is a lawyer, local government official, and an accomplished business executive.
Known for his dynamic leadership within the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Opare Addo has served as the National Youth Organizer of the NDC since 2018.
