Mali's Prime Minister, Abdoulaye Maiga is in Ghana at the request of his president, HE Assimi Goita.
Abdoulaye Maiga is in Ghana to relay a message from his president to the president of Ghana.
The Ghanaian delegation that welcomed him to Ghana was led by the President's legal counsel, Marrieta Brew, and advisor on national security, Prosper Bani.
The visit is also part of the effort by the John Dramani Mahama-led government's drive to build great relationships with other African nations.
