Rather, he is of the view that the hole created by the Nana Addo Dankwa Akfuo-Addo government must be covered.
Apart from covering the hole, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo's end-of-service benefit must be used to defray part of the cost of creating the most expensive hole in the world.
