Dr.
Cassiel Ato Forson, the Minister-Designate for Finance, has outlined an ambitious plan to collaborate with the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) to boost the nation's revenue base.
Speaking during his vetting session before Parliament's Appointments Committee on January 13, 2025, Dr Forson detailed his strategy to enhance tax collection and improve revenue mobilisation without increasing tax rates.
He emphasised the importance of leveraging modern revenue mobilisation techniques and broadening the tax base to achieve sustainable fiscal growth.
