Speaker of Parliament, Alban Sumana Bagbin, has spoken on why God gave him a second term as Speaker.
According to him, there is a need to put things in place to ensure that parliamentarians, after serving the country, do not become broke.
He noted that he has received complaints about the struggles of some former MPs and there will be a need for some change in order to better the lot of parliamentarians.
Speaker Bagbin was speaking at a Thanksgiving gathering at his residence when he made this known.
