Tamale South Member of Parliament, Haruna Iddrisu, has revealed that he has ideas on how to address the contentious Anti-LGBTQ bill in Ghana.

Speaking on the matter ahead of the special National Muslim prayer and thanksgiving service at Kanda in Accra on Friday, Iddrisu emphasised the importance of achieving national consensus while adhering to the laws and constitution of the country.

He noted that he will share those ideas with President John Mahama.

While he refrained from disclosing specific details of the proposed recommendations, he expressed confidence that the suggestions would align with national interests to shape the bill "I have some ideas on LGBTQ, but I'm yet to share it with the president as to how he can reown the bill and get national consensus around it and consistent with the laws of Ghana and the constitution, there's a way to deal with it.
