The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has filed a notice of appeal to challenge a High Court ruling that ordered the Electoral Commission (EC) to complete the collation and declaration of parliamentary results in four disputed constituencies.

The ruling, issued on Saturday, January 4, 2025, granted a mandamus application filed by the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

The constituencies involved are Tema Central, Ablekuma North, Okaikwei Central, and Techiman South.

The court directed the EC to finalise collation processes and make official declarations for these areas.
