Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has said that he heard of his appointment to the Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) team in the media.
He says he had initial hesitations about joining the team however he finally accepted to be part. "I saw my appointment in the media, there was a hesitation initially.
However it is a masterstroke, we are receiving a lot of information," he said on the Key Points on TV3 on Saturday, December 21.
Meanwhile, the Executive Director of the Ghana Integrity Initiative (GII), Mary Addah described Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) as a populist idea.
