Kenyan Senator Gloria Orwoba has responded to a Nairobi newspaper for publishing what she termed "gossip." The Nairobian Newspaper, on Friday, December 20, 2024, published news about the Senator and former President of Ghana, John Agyekum Kufuor, with the headline: "Orwoba love affair with President Kufuor: Bundle of Joy.
Gloria delivered a bouncing baby boy from her relationship with a former Ghanaian leader but refused to disclose more about their dating life." However, responding to the publication in an official statement on December 20, 2024, she accused the newspaper of spreading propaganda by linking her to a romantic affair with Kufuor.
Orwoba noted that being a female politician means dealing with all forms of violence for the better part of her career.
