Chelsea have reached an agreement with 18-year-old defender Josh Acheampong on a contract extension until 2029.
Acheampong, one of Chelsea's bright youth prospects, joined the club's Under-8 at a tender age and has since made progress through the youth ranks.
On December 12, Acheampong was rewarded for his hard work and consistency showcased in the youth setup when he was handed a first-team start against Astana in the Conference League.
Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has long been an admirer of the defender.
