A Ghanaian medical doctor identified as Dr Joyce Emefa Addo-Klah has been praised for her swift action in saving a patient's life during a recent flight.
Dr Addo-Klah was a passenger aboard KLM Royal Dutch Airlines flight KL 589 from Amsterdam to Accra when a health emergence occurred.
A passenger was left in distress mid-flight after suffering a medical emergency.
At that point, the Ghanaian doctor intervened, helping the unwell passenger.
