Ghana's Electoral Commission has announced that it has halted the re-collation of votes at the Tesano Police training school.

The recollation process is expected to be on hold for the time being for a decisive decision to be taken.

A statement from the Electoral Commission debunked claims by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) that they were not informed about the decision to recollate votes from some constituencies where collation could not be completed.
