Some youth of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has complained bitterly over a recent comment by former Finance Minister Seth Terkper.
Seth Terkper in an interview on Accra-based TV3 suggested that the Free SHS policy must be limited to Day Students across the country.
Using a case study of European countries, Seth Terkper who may be appointed Finance Minister said Ghana must also look at implementing the policy just as it's being done in Europe.
