Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly known as Kwame A Plus, the newly elected MP for Gomoa Central, has signalled his openness to working with the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Parliament but has made it clear that his cooperation will come with specific demands.

Speaking on Asempa FM's Ekosii Sen programme, A Plus revealed that the NDC had already initiated contact with him regarding potential collaboration. "The NDC has already reached out to me, and I'm open to working with them," he disclosed.

However, his willingness to cooperate is firmly tied to his commitment to his constituency's development. "My priority is Gomoa Central," he emphasized. "The NDC must demonstrate commitment to the development of my constituency if they want us to work together." He expressed frustration over the state of infrastructure in the area, particularly the poor road networks. "The roads from Gomoa Lome to Asebu are terrible.

There are no good roads in the constituency.
