In a recent press conference, Alexander Afenyo-Markin, the Majority Leader in Ghana's Parliament, made serious allegations against the leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

He accused them of being behind a series of violent incidents across the country, which he claimed were being orchestrated by the opposition party.

According to Afenyo-Markin, the NDC leadership was directly involved in funding and facilitating these acts of violence by providing resources such as fuel and vehicles to their supporters. "We are aware, and they cannot pretend that they don't know about this," Afenyo-Markin declared.

He emphasized that it was no longer enough for the NDC to simply issue statements; they needed to take concrete action to stop the violence.
