The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has announced the deployment of its personnel to designated locations in support of the Ghana Police Service for the upcoming 2024 Presidential and Parliamentary elections scheduled for December 7.
In a statement released on December 6, Brigadier General E.
Aggrey-Quashie, the Director of General Public Relations for GAF, emphasized that no military personnel will be assigned to any polling stations.
GAF encouraged the public to remain calm if they observed military personnel moving through their communities.
