The Special Voting exercise in the Eastern and Western Regions will take place today Thursday, December 5.
The exercise for the two regions was postponed from Monday to Thursday after the Electoral Commission (EC) announced a defaced ballot had been found in the wrong hands.
Over twelve thousand, three hundred and sixty-one (12,361) eligible voters are expected to vote across the special voting centres in the Eastern Region.
By 9:30am Wednesday morning officials for all 31 constituencies were dispatched from the Police Regional Headquarters in Koforidua.
