The National Organizer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Joseph Yamin, has stated that the party is fully prepared for the upcoming election, claiming that they are 99.7% ready to win.
Speaking to Joy News at the NDC's final rally at Zurak Park in Madina, Accra, he emphasized that the NDC had been well-organised for some time, with preparations having started over a month ago. "We have been organized long ago and have been waiting for this moment," Mr Yamin said. "As I speak now, we are 99.7% ready to win the election." He explained that the NDC had originally planned to hold their rally at a bigger venue to accommodate a larger crowd.
However, due to the government's control over certain resources, they were unable to secure a stadium or a larger space.
As a result, they opted for Zurak Park in Madina. "This is the last rally we will do before we go and prepare ourselves to take over power," he added.
