The Government of Ghana has opened book of condolence for the eight Ghanaians who died as a result of the August 6 helicopter crash.

The book of condolence will be opened from today, August 10, to August 14, 2025, at specific places to give Ghanaians the opportunity to sign.

Ghanaians who are interested in signing will have access at the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Environment Science and Technology, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ghana Armed Forces Headquarters, Burma Camp, Air Force Base, Takoradi, National Democratic Congress Headquarters, and NADMO Head Office in Accra.

The government has announced that on Friday August 15, an interdenominational funeral service will be held for all the departed persons.
