Prior to the election on December 7, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has announced a five-day nationwide period of fasting and prayer for all its members.
The party's National Communications Officer, Sammy Gyamfi, revealed this on Asempa FM Ekosii Sen show.
Sammy Gyamfi clarified that the session serves as a spiritual warfare to supplement their physical campaign actions, given that the general election is only two days away. "We have done a lot of work on the ground, and all that needs to be done humanly.
Spiritually, we have prayed and are currently on a five-day fasting prayer around the clock," a report by adomonline.com quoted him to have said.
