The Minister of State in Charge of Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, has dismissed allegations that two aircraft which landed at Kotoka International Airport (KIA) were involved in drug trafficking.

Kwakye Ofosu clarified that the aircraft, which were grounded at KIA for extended periods, were there due to technical faults, not illicit activity.

His statement comes in response to concerns raised by Rev.

Ntim Fourdjour, the Ranking Member on the Defence and Interior Committee in Parliament.
