Former Afigya Kwabere South Constituency Chairman of the (NPP), Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, also known as Chairman Coka, has called for peaceful elections in Ghana's upcoming December 7 polls.
Speaking at the Afigya Kwabere South Constituency Church Service on Friday, November 29, 2024, Chairman Coka emphasized the importance of respecting the electoral process and the laws of the nation. "We're not going to fight, we're not going to insult each other.
We're going to exercise our kokromoti power (exercise franchise)." Chairman Coka said.
He also reminded the audience that the electoral commission officers are their relatives, friends, husbands, and wives, and therefore deserve respect.' Let's give the needed respect to the regulations of the electoral commission officers at the various polling stations.
